Our history
We were born out of necessity. We are here to fill a void. We provide as much information as possible to those who don't understand the technical aspects of the land & build process in its simplest form.
Understanding what you can & can not do is not that simple. Anyone that tells you " This is pretty straight forward " hasn't done the ground work. They have made a judgement without the facts. The facts do not always mean you need to engage specialist land consultants, engineers & the like that can cost a lot of money, only to find out that you do not have the financial means to actually do what you intended.
We have manged projects that value from $3,000 flood damaged work to $14 million Iwi housing Kaupapa.
About us
30 plus years in the building industry, experienced? yes but we are always learning, changing regulatory requirements mean we have to. environmental changes mean we have to.
